A development or renovation involves many parties, each responsible for a different part of the work. We coordinate those efforts around the owner’s objectives, track unresolved decisions, and provide practical recommendations as the project moves forward.

Our role is tailored to the engagement. We can support an early feasibility or preconstruction phase, an active construction project, or delivery from planning through turnover.

How we support your project

• Define project priorities, scope, delivery strategy, and responsibilities.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, operators, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain consolidated budgets, schedules, decision logs, and owner reporting.
• Review cost estimates, bids, pay applications, and proposed changes.
• Track field observations, open issues, closeout documents, and warranty follow-up.

When to involve an owner’s representative

Early involvement gives ownership time to align the scope, consultant team, budget, and schedule before major commitments. We can also join a project already underway to organize information, review the delivery plan, and help resolve outstanding decisions.
