About
Plan North Group provides development management, construction management, development advisory, and owner’s representation for hospitality, residential, commercial, and association properties. We guide new construction, adaptive reuse, renovations, and capital improvements from early strategy through delivery.
Our team combines development planning and preconstruction with experience in structural upgrades, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems, civil infrastructure, and renovations at occupied properties. We coordinate owners, designers, contractors, and operators around scope, cost, schedule, and execution.
