Plan the work around the property

Hotel and resort renovations require coordination between the project team and the people operating the property. Work areas, access, deliveries, shutdowns, and turnover dates all need to be addressed in the delivery plan.

We help ownership establish scope and priorities, compare delivery options, and coordinate the decisions needed to move from design through procurement and construction.

Coordination from design to turnover

We work with owners, designers, contractors, purchasing teams, and operators to connect selections and approvals with fabrication, delivery, and installation. During construction, we review progress, costs, schedules, and proposed changes, and track outstanding work through handover.

Design and construction responsibilities remain with the contracted design professionals and contractors. Our engagement provides coordination, review, reporting, and oversight on ownership’s behalf.

Our team’s portfolio includes Tavernetta Vail, the Chalet ski valet, suites, spa, and penthouse renovations at Four Seasons Vail, and residence and common-area improvements at Aspen Mountain Residences. These historical projects include experience gained by team members at prior firms.
