What Our Clients Say

“David Hale and his team were an absolute godsend for our project. The HOA gained valuable insights into the process, contractual agreements, timelines, and budgeting, as well as staying on track with all the vendors involved in the project. We were overseeing everything ourselves until David and his team stepped in —and thank God they did. Although we are professional individuals, construction and design are entirely different entities, requiring a highly specialized skill set and extensive experience. What we didn’t know would have cost us a lot more if we had not brought them on. They helped with negotiations on contracts and better defining work orders, so we got exactly what we needed and nothing more in the very short timeline we had available to us. I know we saved a few million dollars by using them. We would never start another project without their help from the beginning.“
